The Heritage Tourism Association of St. Lucia (HERITAS) is a voluntary group dedicated towards the continuous improvement, marketing and sale of nature heritage sites and attractions in St. Lucia.
The Association was formed in October 1999 and currently consists of 22 individual and institutional members, all of whom are compatible with the nature heritage tourism product and committed to maintaining and improving recognized product and environmental standards.
HERITAS members benefit from collateral marketing, access to technical and financial assistance, group public liability insurance and “strength in numbers” for lobbying. The sites and attractions are marketed under the Heritage Tours brand.
